When you consign an item with us, we inspect it for condition and authenticity, set a price based on brand, condition, and current demand, and list it for sale online and in-store. Your consignment percentage is confirmed with you at intake and may vary by category and item value.

We price items to sell at fair market value. Items that haven't sold within a set period may be marked down automatically to encourage a sale. We'll always aim to get the best possible outcome for both the consignor and the buyer.

Items that remain unsold after the agreed consignment period may be returned to the consignor, donated, or discounted further, per the terms agreed at intake. Consignors are responsible for arranging pickup of returned items within the timeframe we specify.

Payouts for sold items are calculated based on your agreed consignment percentage and issued on the schedule confirmed at intake. Contact us any time for a status update on your consigned items or payout history.

Because we sell secondhand, one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final. We carefully inspect and photograph each item so you know exactly what you're getting — please review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives significantly different from its listing or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. See our Terms of Use for more.

Every item is inspected before listing and photographed to reflect its true condition, including any flaws. We grade condition honestly and note any wear, damage, or alterations in the listing description.
